Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Kosovo is 3 euros

Europe, USA, Australia etc is 27euros

Return Policy

Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at Mitra’s discretion according to Mitra’s terms for the refund (which may include setting up a Mitra account for a store credit refund).

Non-customized items may be returned within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund (without the shipping rate and restocking fee) or store credit.

Please note

That after 5 days, we will no longer accept returns.

All items should be packed in a flyer and must contain all of mitra tags on them, accompanied by a document that says that they are returned goods. Otherwise the items will be held at the customs and we are not responsible for the expenses that might arise from that. Please contact us before shipping the item back, so we can provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping Fees

Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense – (excluding situations of wrong/damaged/faulty items).
a) Return by Standard Mail: Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest and registered (with tracking) airmail method that is available. You need to provide us the return tracking number.
b) Return by DHL : Please contact us, so we can send you the payment instructions and schedule the return with the courier.

Made-to-measure items

Customized items can not be returned, since they are tailor made, specifically for you, according to your own measurements. ” also means additional design changes have been made to alter the original style of the garment. This includes personal tailoring according to measurements like bust, waist and hips, color changes and design details like shorter sleeves, shorter hem, etc…however, we do offer free of charge alterations, so please contact us at , if you opt for this option.

Discounted items

All items which are purchased through our website which are either on sale or have been purchased using a discount code can not be returned and refunded.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship internationally worldwide. Once your order has been verified and the payment method is approved, you will receive an email from Mitra’ s customer service manager confirming your order. The delivery will then arrive according to the below:

The rest of the world (Express Shipment) – At the moment we only offer express shipping. Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days** (not counting the days for production or on custom made orders)

Mitra has partnered with DHL Express for all deliveries, except for Kosovo.  A representative from DHL or you local carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery at your convenience.

As for the delivery time, please note that the stated period does not include the necessary customs clearance time when your order arrives in the country of destination . Local customs have their own rules and procedures and unfortunately we have no power over them.
